Ordering is easy. Here’s how it works.

1. Fill out and submit the form below. Your deposit will be credited to the final cost.
2. We will put you on our schedule for your selected harvest date and confirm your order within 24 hours.
3. Before your harvest date, we will contact you and assist you with completing your custom-cut processing sheet.
4. We will send you a final invoice when your steer is brought to the processor and a hang weight has been recorded. Final payment is due prior to pick up, or at time of delivery.
